The EU-Korea FTA has not only created advanced opportunities for trade but has also made possible for Korean companies to gain access to the EU public procurement and to the public procurement of the EU Member States. It has also facilitated companies from the EU Member States to gain respectively access to the public procurement of the Republic of Korea.
